Last weekend, below, in my bedroom.
Color change. Vintage linen ceiling & walls were too dark for north facing windows.
Now, Benjamin Moore Sundress walls & White Dove ceiling + trim.
Calm, above/below. And the template copied.
Not quite 'after', above. Still playing with art, lamps, pillows, tables, chests, etc. A Sheraton sideboard with tv is opposite the bed. Who knew a bedskirt & rug would be the most difficult to find?

Chuck, top pic, has helped me for several years. His job, appraiser, lost to the economy, along with most everything he owned. Yesterday he closed on a house. With hard work & a good attitude this man has done it. Happy for him & so proud.

Fearless, you are! Not afraid or ashamed to show your ceiling fan ... a necessity in the bedroom, but one that we try not to admit to having.

Beautiful room. We like the same kind of peaceful vibe in a bedroom. The picture of the room that is white with yellow accents (and that heavenly furry tuffet) is from a real estate listing here in Atlanta - it's a small house, exquisitely done, and has not sold yet because it is very expensive for the size, yet well worth it. I have studied that bedroom many times.
I have a fabulous place that makes bedskirts, pillows, curtains, etc. Headboards too, but you are all set there. Let me know if you want the name.

it's amazing what a different color paint can do in a room and, re the ceiling fan...why not show it? It's warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer...yay for stuff that works and works well!
